Carolina Investigative Services is owned and operated by Richard A. Vera II, a seasoned investigator with a wealth of experience in all types of private investigations and forensic accounting.
Mr.Vera spent much of his career with the U.S. Defense Department as a financial auditor, and the U.S. Department of Justice - Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) as a financial investigator and expert witness. He also worked with the U.S. Treasury department as a Compliance Bank Examiner, specializing in the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering matters. |
